Machine Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Artypillar offers a 2-year warranty on the clock movement (machine), effective from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the clock movement
• Inaccurate timekeeping due to internal component failure
• Complete stoppage of the mechanism not caused by external impact

2. What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or mishandling
• Water damage (unless specified as water-resistant)
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear
• Battery corrosion or damage from incorrect battery use
• Damage caused by drops or improper installation

3. Claiming Warranty

To submit a warranty claim, please email parakh.piyush@gmail.com with:

• Order number
• Photos or video showing the issue
• Description of the malfunction

Our team will respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will repair or replace the defective movement at no additional cost. Return shipping may be covered by Artypillar if the defect is confirmed.
