Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Artypillar, we want you to absolutely love your clock purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
  • The clock must be unused and unaltered, in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and protective materials must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

3. Return Process

Initiate the Return: Please email our support team at parakh.piyush@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Once received, our team will provide a Service Request Number for reference.

Return Shipment: Pickup will be arranged by Artypillar after approval. Customers are not required to bear any return shipping charges.

Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you once your refund is approved or rejected.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchange requests must be made during the return process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item differs in price, a refund or additional payment may apply.

6. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Clocks returned without original packaging or with missing components.
